Product With A Purpose
Seen, heard, valued, and included
Our employees want what everyone wants: to be seen, heard, valued, and included. Product With A Purpose is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit boutique and tea bar in Ship Bottom, NJ. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities by providing meaningful employment and skills training.
Seen
Our employees work in our boutique, in our tea bar, and with our local partners. Every shift is a chance to be part of the community, not on the outside of it.
Heard
Our skill-building classes focus on communication, confidence, and self-expression. Participants learn at their own pace in a supportive group.
Valued
A shift is paid work. Every donation goes to employee payroll and training, so we pay for the time our employees give.
Included
We believe that we are stronger together. People thrive when they feel safe, seen, and included, and we work to create that every day.
What your donation does
- $50 sponsors one shift for an employee
- $100 buys supplies for our skill-building classes
- $200 sponsors one day of employee shifts
- Any amount you choose helps
You can give once or every month. A monthly gift of $50 sponsors one shift every month.
Your donation makes that possible.
